Meet Danielle, the passionate animal lover behind YoGis Pet Watch!

Hello!

My name is Danielle,

I’m the Owner/ Operator of YoGis! My husband and I have been passionate animal lovers our entire lives and have been caring for dogs for many years. Since 2006, we’ve been proud members of a few rescues like BrightStar Rescue and Big Dogs, Big Hearts Rescue where we’ve helped countless large-breed dogs find loving homes. That experience has given us a deep understanding of dog behavior, socialization, and how to keep every pup safe, happy, and comfortable. I’m a certified Veterinary Technician, so I’m fully equipped to administer any medications your dog may need during their stay.

We’re an active, outdoorsy family that’s always on the move—hiking, playing, and exploring. At home we have a beautiful horse named Jewel, chickens, quails, and even an Emu! Our sweet dog, Savannah, is the ultimate social butterfly. She adores dogs of every size—from Great Danes all the way down to tiny Pomeranians—and she helps make sure every guest feels welcome and included.

I’ve been happily caring for and boarding dogs for more than 15 years, and I’m truly thrilled to be opening this new location!
