Group playtime sessions — We carefully evaluate each dog to see if they’re suited for group play. Those who pass our temperament assessment are welcomed into supervised daycare or weekend play groups. We aim to include them as often as possible!

Expansive outdoor and indoor play areas — In the summer, enjoy access to our outdoor spaces, featuring sprinklers and kiddie pools for cooling off and splashing fun.

Daily outdoor playtime — Every guest gets plenty of time outside to run, explore, and enjoy fresh air in a safe, secure environment.

Maintaining your dog’s familiar routine—including the same feeding schedule, preferred food, cozy bedding, treats, and toys—greatly reduces stress and helps them feel more at ease and “at home” during their stay.

Beds— You’re welcome to bring your dogs Bed or small blanket. If a dog frequently soils their bedding or requires additional washing, an extra cleaning fee will apply. Please note we are not responsible for any damaged bedding. No other dogs will have access to your dogs bedding.

Toys — If you’d like to bring toys, please limit them to durable hard plastic, rubber, or chew bones. We do not allow stuffed toys or rawhide in the kennels with our guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any toys that get lost or damaged.

Food — You must bring your dog’s regular food from home. If they have specific treats they love, feel free to include those too! We make every effort to avoid introducing new foods or treats that could upset their stomach. For safety reasons, we do not provide rawhide treats to any guests during their stay, as they pose a potential choking risk.

Medications — If your dog requires any medications, please inform us prior to booking. Administering medication is available as an add-on service, and fees may vary based on the dosage frequency and complexity.
